Well it has been a long cold spell for my cakes and baking but I had my beautiful baby girl, Emmalyn Nicole. I am really looking forward to getting my cake up and going now. I am even trying my hand at something new, homemade fondant. I know there is a bigger demand for that and the cakes can turn out beautiful so I am really trying to get my hands into it. I have found a really easy recipe to make it and it does taste pretty good. I have heard that bought fondant tastes bad and that was my fear of getting into it was my end product would take so much work and no one would enjoy it. So here is a few pictures of my resent cakes.
